I placed an order. When can I expect to receive my goodies?
To better help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification here are the average shipping times.
- US orders: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 7-15 business days
- Canadian orders: 15-30 business days

- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item(s) are ready. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
I only received part of my order. Is this normal? Where's the rest?
- This is normal, depending on what you've ordered.
- Our products are printed/made at our manufacturer, Printful. Sometimes these items are made at different facilities and require different packaging, making them arrive at different times.

Can I return or exchange a product?
- There are no refunds or returns for items unless they are damaged or lost in the mail.
- Most of the items we sell are made to order. Because it's made special for you, and we don't carry inventory, we don't carry anything to exchange. Please make sure to double-check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.
What if my order arrived damaged or I received the wrong items?
- Contact us within 14 days of arrival so that we can discuss the issue.
- We can not offer a replacement after 14 days.
